From Birth to Death
Here's a thought: how old was the oldest person in the world when the oldest person in the world was born? (Not 0).
On January 1, 2007, the oldest person in the world was Emiliano Mercado del Toro, born August 21, 1891. 115 years old.
When he was born, the oldest person in the world was Anne D'Evergroote, born October 18, 1783. She died on March 14, 1892, when Emiliano was 7 months old. Anne was 108 years 148 days.
When she was born, the oldest person in the world was Eilif Phililpsen from Norway, born July 21, 1682. He died on June 20, 1785, when Anne was less than 2 years old. Eilif was 102 years 333 days old.

Someone could ask me how old I want to live to be when I die.
Well, I don't see it as what age to live to as much as what year I'd like to live to. And for that, I'd like to live to my 3rd century (so the year 2100). I'll turn 112 that year. When the oldest man in the world was 115 in January 2007 that seemed possible, but when the oldest man in the world was only 111 in February 2007, that seemed less likely.
Because I was born in 1988, it would be a lifetime goal to make it to 2100.
People born in the 1900s have 3 choices, die in the 1900s, die in the 2000s, or die in the 2100s.
But since there are still people alive in the 1800s, we will examine the 1700s.
For those born in the 1700s..
What are your dreams and goals in life that you may have today if you were born in the 1700s..? People that were born in the 1700s could die in the 1700s, like George Washington (1732-1799), or, live to the 1800s, like, the oldest man in the world, Thomas Peter (1745-1857), or..., live to the 1900s, like, well, persay, the oldest person in the world in 1900! Margaret Ann Harvey Neve (1792-1903).

1893-2007
This is where it ends.
So far only 5 validated people alive born in 1893.
Florence Finch (December 22, 1893 - April 10, 2007) [113 years 109 days].
Baby pictures.
I have found that there is no distinction between a baby with a normal lifespan than that with one with a longer lifespan.
This baby, Viva McComb, lived to be 110 years 339 days (March 29, 1894 - March 3, 2005). Died of complications of the neck.
Clothilde Rey of Germany, 110 years 231 days (November 20, 1892 - July 9, 2003).
For reasons like these, I consider Madame Jeanne Calment to be the most beautiful validated woman (for those born before 1893 at least). This is from a non-opinion approach, but factual. That is because I'm taking into consideration the entire lifespan, not when one is young.
Therefore, comparing Calment to all the Victoria's Secret prominent models, she probably looked better at almost all of the old age ages.
