Webnet

Sure, now it's technically called WebChat, and not Webnet, as Webnet network or Webnetwork is redundant, but us old schoolers like to call it Webnet just for the sake of nostalgia, as even old timer admins and opers there do.

One of the many problems of Webnet is staff discretion. Sure, you may have staff that abuses a lot, and staff that doesn't abuse a lot. Of course, they are all both fine, so as long as they are equal, but if it isn't, then discretion is involved.

Webnet has come a long way since 1994, it's staff and policies, and still has a long way from here.. [citation needed].
