If you can't answer a question, then ignore it. If you do not have an instant answer to the question, you don't have to answer it. Sometimes the question is not specific enough for you, so you may further divide the question and answer that (for example, if the person was Jewish, then yes, and if the person was not Jewish, then no) or (if it was in the morning, then yes, if it was at night, then no).

Sometimes the answer does not apply to you, such as "N/A, I do not have a driver's license."
Sometimes the answer does not give enough information, so you need to put "It depends [...]" and specify the variables.
Sometimes the answer does not apply to you but could apply to you, such as "I don't have a driver's license, but if I did have 1, ..."
