IPower Story
First off, I want to mention that DrGreen died (David), on July 10th, 2006. Suicide. His closest friend, Xemp, says it's got to be the shrooms.
Well, he owned the hacking site www.zxy0.com, and, the domain would eventually expire as it did, and Xemp got me to buy it as he didn't have a credit card.
Who did we buy it from? IPower! After I successfully paid for it, I got the e-mail receipt.

Did I get my password? Nope, and then I e-mail them 1 more time on February 2 with the (3rd request), etc.
Then one day on a February 5th, Xemp gets on-line and finds me and I tell him I didn't get the password to set up the website.

I was to do the talking. Then we waited and to ge to domain issues press 2 so I did. Then a lovely operator who said his name was George answered us and from the "Hi how can we help you," I said I didn't get the password to my domain and he asks me when did I buy it and I said, January 20. He said something quick and immediately hung up. We waited. And we had to sit through the background music. Then eventually our line dropped so it was just me and Xemp on the phone.
Xemp redialed, and we got the same voice, except he didn't give out his name this time, and when I said regarding password, he hung up. Xemp redialed and said he wanted to talk to this guy, and he picked up, and Xemp did the talking. Xemp said about calling them several times, and the guy interrupted "I'm sorry," and that we had to contact the billing department, "Have a nice day," and he hung up. Xemp got pissed then he re-dialed them several times only to be ignored or sent straight to the music. We gave out for the night.
The next time we re-dialed, it was the 3 of us, plus Crunch, but, instead of going to the robot operator we went straight to the background music (after being told it would take 21 minutes), so we hung up and left it for the night after waiting.
To date, I still don't have the password to a domain name that I bought. Sure, the domain name is bought, and won't expire in a year, so that part I didn't get ripped off, but either way...what is it with IPower...
