Offered A Homeless My Place on the Internet

And he voluntarily accepted it! We arranged either for him to come to my place, or I meet him at the airport. The fare to take the trains if $2.00, so if he had the 2 dollars, he would take the trains to my place (as he wrote down the instructions I gave him). Otherwise, if he couldn't get or find 2 dollars, I would pick him up from the airport and pay his fee back to my place.

As there is no Internet to pick up for my laptop at my apartment, I couldn't have chatted with him from my place. I was at my Dad's. But we arranged to meet at my place anyways.

Being 23, he was using free Internet at the lobby of a hotel, not far from O'Hare airport in Chicago. The hotel has hourly free shuttles to the airport (hoping no one asks if he is a resident or guest of the hotel).

He joined with a matching nick and ident, and for particular circular reasons, that's not allowed in certain environments, so he had to rejoin by reversing his ident.

After giving him complete directions to my place from the trains at the airport, later I decided to do a Google map on the address of the Greyhound station. To my surprise, the location was near the airport, only 3 train stations away. This would save the time to take the trains to downtown, back up north, and walking blocks to my place.

Therefore, we agreed if he didn't have 2 bucks, at the airport I would take him to the Greyhound station and buy the tickets.

Well, when he agreed to find 2 bucks, he was going to come back and let me know if he got 2 bucks for the train fare, so then I wouldn't have to pick him up at the airport.

In order to know whether he needed 2 bucks or not, I obviously didn't leave my Dad's house otherwise I wouldn't have Internet. Apparently, he didn't come back at all, until th next day, at 2:32:40 p.m., telling me instead he called his aunt and uncle and they let him live with him.
